Product

How do I know my size?

The best way to know your size is by measuring it yourself. Here are a few guidelines:

  1. Bust: Measure across the fullest part of the bust and across the shoulder blades
  2. Waist: Measure around the natural waistline, which is the narrowest part of your torso
  3. Hips: Measure at the widest part

From where do you get your products?

Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the country of origin of all our products is India.

 

I really like some of your products but my size or stock is unavailable. What do I do?

We typically have sizes from S to 4XL and everything in between. If you need sizes that are outside these sizes or your preferred size is sold out, please get in touch with us and we will see what's the best we can do for you. If the product is unavailable then rest assured we working on it to restock as soon as possible. Yes, we aim to restock all our available products from time to time. Normally, this happens every 15 days. Keep checking out or drop in your name and number and we will get in touch with you once restocked.

Will your products color fade after washing?

Our products are tested for their quality and their durability. Our products will have no or extremely negligible fade after a wash.

 

Do you provide a guarantee on your products quality?

Yes, we provide a 100% guarantee of the quality of our products. If you are unsatisfied with what you receive, please let us know within 48 hours and we will resolve it for you according to our policy. 

 

Ordering and delivery

How can I place an order?

You can place an order on our website or you can get in touch with us and ask our team to place an order for you. 

 

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit https://www.adibafashion.com/register and follow the instructions on-screen.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at info@adibafashion.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via info@adibafashion.com, we may be able to cancel your order only before it’s processed. 

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

When will my order arrive?

We aim to ship your order within 1 or 2 days from the time of receiving your order. Any orders placed over the weekend or during public bank holidays will be processed the next working day. Our standard delivery times are: 

  • Metro and big cities: 2-3 days 
  • Smaller cities: 3-4 days
  • Towns and villages: 4-5 days
  • Eastern states: 6-7 days
  • International- 7-30 days

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered. 

Domestic Shipping Charges

 We are offering free forward shipping on all orders within India. If there's any change in policy, we will be providing sufficient advance notice.

International Shipping Charges

International shipping is available at an additional charge that will be borne by you. You will be responsible for all customs import duty charges that are applicable to your country.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Payments

How can I pay you?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI and most digital wallets. We also accept Cash on Delivery (COD) in many locations. 

 

Your website says COD unavailable at my location. Why?

We offer COD in many locations that include big cities and towns. However, we can only offer pre-paid to certain towns and villages due to logistical issues.

 

Do you accept direct Bank transfer or UPI?

Yes, we will accept bank transfers. Please organize this with us in advance to ensure a smooth ordering process and delivery. Get in touch with us through the contact page.

 

Amount is huge. Can I pay through cheque?

Yes, you can send your cheque by post at your address listed on the 'Contact' page with a separate note that mentions your full name, your address, your email id and your phone number. Your order will be placed and shipped, once your cheque is cleared. 

 

Returns, Exchange and Refunds

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can absolutely return your item to us. For full-priced orders, we offer a full refund, and for orders on promos, discounted price, or sale, we offer one of these things - one replacement or one exchange or store credit. 

 

I have a fitting problem. Can you help?

We have got you covered. We will replace it with one size smaller or bigger as per your request.

My product has a defect.

Don't worry we will replace it for you. If you've bought the product at full price, you are eligible for a refund. If you've bought the product at a discounted price, sale, or promo price, then we will replace the product for you. Both situations are subject to approval by the product team or returns team, as applicable. 

 

 

Will someone pickup the goods from my location?

Yes, we can get your goods picked up, subject to availability. There is a nominal charge for this service. 

 

Can you replace my product first and then I'll send you my old product?

As per our terms and conditions, we will process a replacement only after the replacement product is received by us and cleared by our returns team. 

 

If eligible, will I get a full refund?

Yes, you will get a full product refund. However, we reserve the right to charge up to INR 199 towards shipping charges.

 

How will I get my refund?

Product purchased at full price, We will refund to your original mode of payment. In certain cases, we will also refund to your bank account that you provide us. Product purchased at a discount, promo, or sale price will receive a refund in-store credit.

 

How long does it take to process my refund?

If you're eligible and you're approved, you will receive your refund within 5-7  days of us receiving the product. It also depends on bank processing time.

 

How many times can I exchange or return?

Irrespective of circumstances, we will exchange an order only once. 

 

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via email at info@adibafashion.com with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours. If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it’s in “as new” condition, in its original packaging with all labels attached. How long does it take to return an item?

This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.

How many people are there in your company?

We are a total of 12 people, including our management team.

We are based out of Mumbai, India. Mumbai is India's commercial capital and a major business hub in the region. 

 

What is the legal name of your business?

The legal name of our business is Adiba Fashion Store Private Limited. We are registered in the State of Maharashtra, India

 

Do you have a physical store?

As of 2020, we are an online web-store. 

 

What are your office hours?

We operate from 10 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday. Some members of our team also come on Saturdays.

 

Can I visit your office?

Starting 2021, you can visit our office by appointment only.

Do you offer internship? are they paid?

Yes, we offer paid internships. However, to make it beneficial for both of us, we ask that you commit between 9 to 12 months for your internship with us. 

 

I'm a model. I want to work full time or part time for you. Can I?

Yes, We hire paid models for our photoshoot. If you are a model, it will be a great opportunity for you. We are happy to work with you on mutually agreeable terms.
